Advanced Membership Management is built in to all BlueGolf services. There is no charge for the service. A single, easily customized Member Database is shared by Tournaments, Tee Times, Lessons, News, Newsletters and other BlueGolf services. One database for the full suite of services makes management much simpler for both staff and members. BlueGolf also includes special features for integrating with other systems such as standard and custom exports and automatic staff alerts whenever a member's data is changed online.
The Member Database is easily customized by non-technical staff. Custom fields and drop down lists can be added in seconds. Field labels can be easily changed. Online Help text can be added to any field. Fields can be required for members and not for staff.
